Marketing Program Manager
Location: Shropshire
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 p.a (+ Car)
Our client is currently looking for a polished Marketing Program Manager based in Shropshire. Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of building materials in the UK and are currently building out a significant marketing operation at their head office. With a new Marketing Director recently placed within the team, they are going through a modernisation across sales and marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
Lead the briefing with the marketing agencies on the marketing plans required to support the program,
Enhanced sales and margin growth.
Identify issues within the project and engage the business appropriately to highlight and resolve successfully
Design of the overall project plan including the core work streams, Actions & timings and Project roles & Responsibilities
Work with the Management team to identify & secure project funding
Management of the engagement, input and guidance from & to the sales and marketing team
The successful candidate will have over 7 years Marketing experience (including B2B experience), ideally incorporating program/project management experience. They will be able to demonstrate strong leadership, partnering and collaboration. As well as having excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally, with a high degree of accuracy and confidence
