They’re part of the FTSE 100-listed DCC Energy – a large Irish company with an annual turnover of £11 billion and are suppliers to Her Majesty The Queen.
With the biggest nationwide LPG delivery network in the UK and more depots than any other LPG supplier, they can reach any home in the UK, no matter how remote.

The relationship
Although our relationship with the business is relatively new, our Senior Sales Specialist quickly built a great relationship with the organisation’s hiring managers to understand the business ethos and recruitment priorities.
For our first recruitment partnership, Flogas required an Area Sales Manager in the South East to replace a well-established team member. With continuing growth in region and big shoes to fill, the company required a very specific specification of candidate. The successful person would need to be experienced across a wide range of B2B, including hotels, retail, industrial and healthcare, due to the business’s diverse customer base.
The result
Following an extensive search, Heathcote Recruitment Group (formerly ESA Group) were delighted to have placed the best candidate available. Regular communication between us and Flogas really helped to cement who would be the best fit for the company.
