The client

Using a comprehensive range of measures for all consignments, including vehicle scanning and sniffer dogs, Palletways management work closely with the relevant authorities to ensure all laws are upheld and security is maintained to protect network members and customers alike.

The relationship

With a firm eye on continuing growth, Palletways approached Heathcote Recruitment Group (formerly ESA Group) to partner with them on recruiting for two roles – a Digital Marketing Executive and a Digital Marketing & Social Media Co-Ordinator - which were created to help promote the brand into the future. With a demanding network of members, it is crucial that Palletways provide excellent support and customer service to its stakeholders by delivering high quality research, events and reporting services.

The focus was to find candidates who were a good fit for the business, and who had at least 2-3 years relevant experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a services or manufacturing industry. Although the marketing roles were fairly generic, potential candidates would need excellent organisational skills, be able to commute to Staffordshire, and have knowledge of a similar sector.
