Marketing Coordinator
Salary: £21,000 p.a.
Location: Leicestershire.
We are working with a prestigious, European leading Distributing company to assist with their recruitment for a Marketing Coordinator based in Leicestershire.
Our client is a family run organisation which has experienced decades of continuous growth, which is now run by the great grandchildren of the founder. They strive to build on top of the founders morals, which is to develop, & train employees from within. Making sure you become an integral part of the extended family.
As a marketing coordinator, you will be joining the existing department within the Marketing division.
Responsibilities:
-organising national & regional shows, taking full responsibility for site photo-shoots
-yearly renewal of the organisations display trailer
-being the go to person for the company’s main charity
-assisting with the proof reading, and authorisation or press releases, brochures & assortment of literature
-responsible for authorisation of stock on loans, sample & merchandising orders
-becoming the under study for price lists, with a view to be more of an influence in the future of the organisation
-responsible for the training rooms as well as the mezzanine
-organising all senior management meetings
-assisting with the maintenance of the organisations main website
-managing the day to day running of the department, in the absence of the Marketing Manager
Key Skills:
-outgoing individual, with the ability to work well on their own & within a busy team
-ability to use one’s initiative & trust their own judgement
-understanding of Microsoft Systems including Word, Excel & Outlook
-excellent verbal & communication skills
-emphasis on being highly organised
-strong time management & planning skills with the ability to multi task
-ability to plan & priorities workload efficiently and effectively
-assisting to evaluate marketing campaigns alongside the manager
-assisting to drive forward the company’s marketing strategy by helping to adapt different approaches
