Salary: £30,000 p.a.

Location: Staffordshire

  • Develop and delivery brand marketing short and long term plans, within deadline and budget.
  • Campaign management – coordinate with wider team to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and generate ROI.
  • Develop pricing and presentation tools considering profit margins, distribution goals, brand strategy and company objective.
  • To co-ordinate a cross functional team to develop campaign launches of new products, sales packages or promotions with structured sales drive and forecast; including analyzing information such as customer testing, competitor information or team feedback
  • Update Marketing Manager on all aspects of the brand to ensure visibility to key issues.
  • Develop new information materials to achieve maximum exposure through internal and external publications, PR events and exhibitions.
  • Project managing events such as trade exhibitions and company events and launches.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key trade and consumer media, and communicating with them regularly.
  • To analyse market, consumer trends/requirements, customer/team feedback and competitive information to understand brand position and identify commercial needs/values to support successful future growth of each brand in each sales channel.

You must have: 

  • 3.5 years’ minimum within a brand marketing role

  • Exceptional analytical ability with strong commercial acumen

  • Ability to work well in a collaborative, cross-functional environment

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once

  • Exceptional communication and organisation skills
