Key aim: To deliver high-quality communications and bring to life the brand portfolio and value proposition.
Key Duties:
Develop and deliver all brand and retention marketing communications activities across all marketing channels
Build and manage high quality, rich content that engages conversation with target market
Deliver the internal communications plan to ensure internal engagement, awareness and sharing of success.
Provide analysis and insights to shape strategy and identify areas for improvement and new opportunities
Design, delivery and development of key communications
Work cross-functionally with digital marketing specialist on digital campaigns
Design, deliver and develop key marketing initiatives to drive employee and customer engagement
Embed customer segmentation and journey mapping across the business to support decisions and understanding.
Own, maintain and review the brand guidelines for the full portfolio, identifying key opportunities to drive brand engagement.
Person:
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects at once and work to tight deadlines
Proven track record in marketing and brand communications role – ideally 4 years’ experience minimum
