We are pleased to be partnering with a UK leading employer, within the travel sector, with. £400M turnover, as they look to appoint a Performance Marketing Manager to join their large digital team.

Founded circa forty years ago, our client has grown into the UK’s largest independent travel agent with around 500 retail outlets across the UK. Our client is experiencing significant growth, making this an exciting time to join their entrepreneurial business, still run day-to-day by the Founder.

Reporting to the Head of Digital, the Performance Marketing Manager will lead all performance marketing channels and paid activity.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES

Drive traffic and sales growth through efficient management of digital performance channels including social media, display ads, PPC, and affiliates.

Produce daily KPI reports to identify issues and opportunities for growth.

Develop and manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns.

Manage budgets and campaigns across digital channels to ensure strong ROI.

Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to achieve key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and owned media channels.

COMPETENCIES

Experience in building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels.

Expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, with hands-on experience using Google Analytics.

Excellent analytical skills, leveraging data, metrics, and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations.

Highly goal-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Passionate about the travel industry and understands its complexities.
