**This role will require three days at head office in Leicester**

We are thrilled to be working with a high profile, market leading retail business as they launch a pure play business which is growing rapidly. The business is now looking to appoint a best in class and up and coming Paid Media Manager to working closely with the Head of Digital in driving all digital acquisition across all paid media channels.

This is a key appointment within the team and with genuine opportunity for progression and role expansion across the wider group.

The role requires a hands on paid media specialist, well versed in managing significant paid budgets across Google, Bing and Social.

You will be working as part of an entrepreneurial arm of a well-established brand, working with significant budgets and responsible for driving the Organic search traffic, with a concentration on Google and Bing, and also growing the Paid Social activity.

If you have experience or an interest in SEO, that would be highly advantageous. But if you do not have this experience there will be opportunity for training and development within this channel.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES

Drive traffic and sales growth through efficient management of digital performance channels including social media, display ads, PPC, and affiliates.

Produce daily KPI reports to identify issues and opportunities for growth.

Develop and manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns.

Manage budgets and campaigns across digital channels to ensure strong ROI.

Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to achieve key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and owned media channels.

COMPETENCIES

Circa three years’ experience working in the digital space (lead generation also welcome)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing a paid media account

Can do attitude with excellent attention to detail

Experience of hands on managing and owning paid media campaigns hands

Data Analysis experience and knowledge

Proven experience in driving traffic and growing online sales

Strong commercial awareness and technically minded.

SEO experience would be highly advantageous although not essential.
